As a Laundry Attendant, your main duties will include the guest-specific laundry service to be completed on time and up to the highest possible standards. In addition to managing these duties, you will be expected to:

• Follow the prescribed set of procedures and policies set out by the hotel and the laundry departments
• Concentrate effectively in order to provide the best possible results and quality of work
• Take care of the flat iron being used
• Supply flat irons with food and beverage linen
• Fold bed sheets and towels according to hotel standards
• Take ownership of tasks assigned by superiors
• Have complete knowledge of fire safety and general safety procedures and follow them

Education, Qualifications & Experiences

A vocational training diploma related to laundry operations and experience in a similar position in a hotel are preferred. Good English and a positive, friendly attitude are essentials.
