Your Role

The incumbent will be held accountable for meeting the sales goals by executing effective sales and excellent customer service, and thus promoting the Company and the brand. The person must be skilled in identifying customer requirements and must possess detailed product knowledge to enable sales, which must be in compliance with the Company’s policies and guidelines.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Set the example for great customer service. Help your team give every customer a fantastic experience.
• Solve customer problems quickly. Know when to get the store manager involved, and always be kind and understanding.
• Meet and exceed your sales targets. Always find ways to do this while putting the customer first.
• Know the products inside and out. Use this knowledge to suggest additional items and help reach sales goals.
• Help to keep our store looking great! This includes cleaning, organizing, and restocking.
• Follow all store security procedures to help reduce shrink and keep our stock safe.
• Use your selling skills to ascertain what the customer needs. This builds trust and encourages return visits.
• Help customers find what they are looking for, even if it is in another store. You will help get the product for them.

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma
• 1-2 Years of Experience in the Industry
• Good Communication Skills
• Good Customer Service Skills
