Job Description

Our restaurant here in Dubai is looking for a Restaurant Supervisor right away. We need a kind of person who keeps things running smoothly every day. The candidate handles all the daily operations, manages the staff pretty much from top to bottom, and focuses on customer satisfaction, too. And they make sure the service standards are up to par, I mean, excellent. We’re open to experienced folks who can jump right in and take charge. But freshers are welcome as well, especially if you’re eager to learn the ropes. It could be a solid starting point for your career.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily restaurant operations. Also, staff performance.
• Ensure excellent customer service. Resolve guest complaints when they happen.
• Keep the restaurant clean. Maintain safety standards all the time.
• Assist in training staff. Handle scheduling. Delegate tasks to them.
• Work with the team. Achieve sales and service goals together.

Requirements

• High school or secondary qualification.
• 0 to 1 year of work experience. Freshers can apply, no problem.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Indoor and outdoor, sometimes.
• Well-built person. Able to lift light boxes, nothing heavy.
• Basic communication skills in English. Or Hindi. Or Bengali, like.

Salary and Benefits
