Role Overview
As a Process Improvement Specialist, you will play a key role in enhancing operational efficiency, reducing costs, and improving service delivery. You will analyze workflows, identify gaps, and implement solutions that drive continuous improvement across different teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze existing processes and identify inefficiencies.
- Develop and implement improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies.
- Track and monitor KPIs to measure the impact of changes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Supply Planning, Fulfilment, Logistics, and RSO.
- Document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process maps.
- Support automation initiatives and the integration of new technologies.
- Conduct root cause analysis to resolve recurring issues.
- Prepare reports and present improvement proposals to management.
- Promote a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Proven experience in process improvement within operational or business environments.
- Strong ability to work with diverse teams and manage stakeholders.
- Experience with SOP development, workflows, and training materials.
- Knowledge of documentation tools (Visio, Lucidchart, or similar).
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Familiarity with automation tools or RPA is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
