Kebab Maker at Rabo Restaurant in Dubai

We are Rabo Restaurant in Al Mamzar, Dubai, UAE. We are looking for an experienced Kebab Maker in Dubai. This is a contract job. Salary is negotiable. You need 2 to 5 years of experience. We are looking for males only. A minimum high school or secondary qualification is enough.

About the role

Rabo Restaurant wants a skilled kebab maker who knows food prep, you know, especially grilled kebabs and Iranian food. The right person has solid cooking skills, pays attention to quality, and keeps things clean with hygiene and safety standards in check.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook kebabs plus other Iranian dishes following the restaurant’s recipes and standards.
• Make sure all food is fresh and gets served on time.
• Keep the kitchen and cooking areas clean and hygienic.
• Help manage ingredients and stock so nothing runs out.
• Follow safety rules and food handling regs.
• Work with the kitchen and service team to keep operations smooth, basically.

Requirements

• You need proven experience, 2 to 5 years, in making kebabs or Iranian cuisine.
• Handle pressure and stick to high-quality standards.
• Be physically fit for long hours in the kitchen.
• Good English communication skills, and knowing Arabic or Hindi is a bonus.
• Be a team player with solid work ethics.

Nationality: Indian or Pakistani (preferred)
Company size is 51 to 200 employees.
