Key Responsibilities

• Handle company formation and setup procedures in UAE Free Zones and the Mainland, including licensing and documentation.
• Manage staff visas, labor cards, visa quotas, and work permits in accordance with UAE laws.
• Oversee business license renewals, tenancy agreement registrations, and other legal obligations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all PRO transactions.
• Deal with government departments such as immigration, labor, and economic departments.
• Stay abreast of UAE laws, policies, and government regulations.
• Represent the company with government authorities and protect the company’s interests.
• Provide guidance to internal teams on regulatory requirements.
• Resolve issues related to government processes.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a PRO in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE government systems and portals (MOHRE, ICA, GDRFA, DED).
• Proficiency in English, Hindi, or Tagalog.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
