Job Description

We are looking to hire a full-time Delivery Driver for IBUBBLE TEA HOUSE in Dubai International City. The Delivery Driver will deliver our products promptly and safely, promote our product to customers, and perform cash handling accurately. The Delivery Driver will also keep delivery records, maintain the vehicle, and develop positive customer relationships. A Driver’s License and understanding of Dubai’s road system are required. All are welcome to apply, including freshers. Candidates must have excellent communication skills, time management, and customer service orientation.

Key Responsibilities

• Bring products to specific customers or retailers following a set route.
• Ensure the product is delivered safely on time while preserving quality and product condition.
• Market and upsell products with customers who are already onboard, and also those who are prospects.
• Collect payments and deliver receipts, adhering to company policies.
• Have a correct, solid list of deliveries, sales, and collections.
• Load and unload products orderly and safely.
• Please review the vehicle’s conditions and maintenance, keeping it clean.
• Report vehicle maintenance conditions or accidents in a timely manner.
• Establish and maintain strong business relationships with customers to help keep you in good standing for future buying.
• Follow day-to-day schedules and figure out ways to maximize routes (to increase efficiency).
• Make sure that every sales and delivery document is complete, correct, and submitted.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving history.
• Experience working as a delivery driver.
• Familiarity with local streets and traffic laws.
• Ability to work independently and with little supervision.
• Physically capable of loading and unloading freight.
• High school diploma (or its equivalent).

Competencies

• Good communication and people skills.
• Customer-oriented and results-driven.
• Some basic math competencies to assist with cash and invoices.
• Ability to manage time and organize.
