Job Purpose

We are searching for a Customer Service Specialist to take charge of the daily order processing, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure the highest level of service delivery to our retail and e-commerce customers throughout the UAE. You will be the link for customers, logisticians, the finance team, and salespeople with the manufacturer’s name above all, for the smooth flow of things with an eye for accuracy and efficiency, which ultimately amounts to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Order processing for retail, e-commerce, bulk, and consignment-type shipments is administered.
  • Order details and shipping accuracy are checked to guarantee 100% compliance.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse and the logistics team regarding stock readiness, dispatch, and delivery, respectively.
  • Follow while monitoring proof of delivery, and subsequently, follow up with the customer to confirm its completion.
  • Work alongside Finance to identify potential credit risks and deal with management.
  • Handle marketing promotions, returns, and customer queries efficiently.
  • Sales, Transport Planning and 3PL partners work together to resolve shortages, disputes, or delays in deliveries.
  • Keep close communication with customers, encouraging them to trust and build long-term relationships.
  • Provide feedback and inputs into the development of customer service processes, thereby achieving efficiency in On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) targets.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude in all customer interactions.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Work experience of 1 to 2 years in Supply Chain Execution or Order Management (B2B or B2C).
  • Must know SAP ECC.
  • Knowledge of retail/ e-commerce order planning and shipment planning and delivery coordination is required.
  • Must know financial credit requirements.
  • Could work extremely well on the PC (Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot tables).
  • Good communication skills, coupled with organizational skills and creativity in problem-solving.
  • The person must possess an agile mindset and have an enthusiasm for continuous improvement.
