Job Role
As a Property Consultant, you’ll primarily connect clients with the best property opportunities in Dubai. You’ll work with buyers, sellers, and investors to help them make great property decisions. Honestly, you’ll build long-lasting client relationships, manage property viewings, and close those lucrative deals.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage client databases.
- Guide clients through buying, selling, and investment decisions.
- Stay updated on market trends and new property launches
- Arrange and attend property viewings.
- Negotiate deals and effectively close sales.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions
Qualifications and Skills
- At least 1 year of sales experience, with a preference for real estate.
- Strong communication and networking skills
- Fluent in English, spoken and written.
- High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree
- Confident, punctual, and motivated
- Good computer skills, MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
- A valid UAE driving license with your own car is a plus.
- Real estate certification is a plus.
