Job Description
We want to hire an office assistant who will be responsible for clerical tasks in the office. You will receive incoming telephone calls and other communications, welcome clients and visitors, file documents, update paperwork and other documents, and do general office duties and errands.
Office Assistant Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and other forms of communication.
- Maintain the filing system.
- Document information as needed.
- As needed, greet clients and visitors.
- Update paperwork with documents and word processing.
- Organize travel by booking accommodation and reservation requirements if necessary.
- Depending on the need, help with coordinating events.
- Maintain inventory levels for supplies.
- Maintain office equipment when necessary.
