Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Hospitality

• Greet customers and provide exceptional service at all times.
• Assist customers with product information, menu items, and special deals.
• Promote offers, upsell products, and support customer orders (dine-in, takeaway, cake orders, etc.).

Food & Cafe Operations

• Prepare and present food and beverages following M&S standards.
• Maintain fresh counter displays and ensure product quality.
• Follow hygiene protocols and “Clean As You Go” practices.

Store Standards & Display

• Use daily checklists to open and maintain display counters.
• Ensure products are correctly stocked, labeled, and visually appealing.
• Support in inventory counts, wastage tracking, and stock accuracy.

Health, Safety & Hygiene

• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Maintain cold chain, temperature logs, and DEF procedures.
• Ensure a safe environment for both customers and team members.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Friendly, confident, and customer-focused personality.
• Strong verbal communication (English required; additional languages a plus).
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage hygiene and certification preferred.
• Physically fit – ability to stand for long hours and perform light lifting.
• Team player with a positive attitude.

Qualifications & Experience

• High School Diploma (Bachelor’s preferred).
• 4–5 years of experience in Retail / F&B / Café Operations.
• Proven ability to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
