Office Assistant Responsibilities

  • Dealing with telephone calls and other forms of communication that come in.
  • Overseeing the filing system.
  • Filing information when required.
  • Welcoming clients and guests when required.
  • Updating paperwork, keeping documents, and doing word processing.
  • Arranging travel by making bookings for lodging and reservation needs as required.
  • Organizing events whenever necessary.
  • Keeping track of supplies inventory.
  • Repairing office machines when needed.
