Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate the deliveries, shipments, and stock transfers with assistance.
• Prepare the shipping documents and manage the records.
• Monitor and provide updates on the goods moving in and out of the warehouse.
• Provide communication to the suppliers, drivers, and internal departments.
• Make sure that all logistics activities are in line with the company’s policies and timelines.
• Keep the inventory accurate and help with counting cycles.
• Logistics manager and team support with everyday operations.

Job Requirements

• It would be great if you had some previous logistics or warehouse operations experience.
• You should possess excellent communication and organization skills.
• MS Office (particularly Excel) is one of your strengths.
• You have a sharp eye for detail and can operate in stressful conditions.
• A little familiarity with inventory and supply chain procedures is an advantage.
• You could work anytime and in any shift.
