Role Overview:

Atlantis is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Attendant to join Plato’s Lounge. The role supports waitstaff in delivering a first-class F&B experience while ensuring compliance with safety, sanitation, and service standards. You will work closely with both kitchen and service teams, maintain menu knowledge, and ensure timely, accurate delivery of orders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist waitstaff in providing exceptional food and beverage service.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
• Support kitchen and service teams in order preparation and delivery.
• Ensure full knowledge of the menu and provide accurate information to guests.
• Uphold high standards of personal grooming and presentation.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an international luxury hotel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident and professional in interacting with diverse clientele.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
