Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Hospitality
- Greet customers and provide exceptional service at all times.
- Assist customers with product information, menu items, and special deals.
- Promote offers, upsell products, and support customer orders (dine-in, takeaway, cake orders, etc.).
Food & Cafe Operations
- Prepare and present food and beverages following M&S standards.
- Maintain fresh counter displays and ensure product quality.
- Follow hygiene protocols and “Clean As You Go” practices.
Store Standards & Display
- Use daily checklists to open and maintain display counters.
- Ensure products are correctly stocked, labeled, and visually appealing.
- Support in inventory counts, wastage tracking, and stock accuracy.
Health, Safety & Hygiene
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Maintain cold chain, temperature logs, and DEF procedures.
- Ensure a safe environment for both customers and team members.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Friendly, confident, and customer-focused personality.
- Strong verbal communication (English required; additional languages a plus).
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage hygiene and certification preferred.
- Physically fit – ability to stand for long hours and perform light lifting.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
Qualifications & Experience
- High School Diploma (Bachelor’s preferred).
- 4–5 years of experience in Retail / F&B / Café Operations.
- Proven ability to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
