Job Summary

Amiri Prime Contracting LLC is hiring a motivated and experienced Civil Engineer to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have solid knowledge of Dubai Municipality rules and regulations and hold a G+1 certification. This role involves site supervision, coordination, and execution of residential G+1 projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage civil works for G+1 residential projects
• Ensure all construction activities follow Dubai Municipality and authority regulations
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams
• Prepare and review site reports, drawings, and technical documents
• Conduct regular site inspections and track daily progress
• Identify and resolve site and technical issues on time

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• G+1 Certification (mandatory)
• Society of Engineers (SOE) membership (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of UAE and Dubai construction regulations
• UAE Driving License (preferred)
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Dubai
• Total civil engineering experience of 3+ years is an advantage
• Good communication, coordination, and site management skills

Skills Required

• AutoCAD
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Site supervision and reporting
• Strong coordination and documentation skills
