In facilities management, a technician usually carries out routine checks, maintenance and repairs on building systems, while a cleaner helps keep buildings tidy, hygienic and safe for the people who use them.
Requirements
- Experience: a minimum of 2 to 4 years of UAE experience, preferably in the facilities management industry
- Availability: candidates who can join immediately are preferred
- Language: effective verbal and written English is mandatory
- Education: all MEP candidates must hold an ITI or Diploma in a relevant trade
- Driving licence: candidates with a valid UAE driving licence will be preferred
- Visa status: candidates on a cancelled visa must bring a soft or hard copy of the residence cancellation document
