Job Requirements

• For Supervisors, you need a degree or diploma in engineering. In addition, 5 to 7 years of experience is required.
• Senior Foreman or Foreman requires a diploma or professional course in engineering. 3-5 years of experience is mandatory
• Work drafters or designers should have a degree or diploma in engineering. They need to know AutoCAD, PDS, or PDMS software well.
• Marine Technicians or Fitters require a diploma in engineering or ITI Mechanical. With 3 years of hands-on experience.
• Machine Operators, equivalent educational level, diploma or ITI in Mechanical. 3 years of relevant experience are required.
• For Welders and Fabricators, ITI or professional courses work, and 2 years of experience in the field.
• For Administrative Support, a degree or diploma in any field is required. At least 3 years in a similar role. It is good if you know the basics of piping materials and specs.
• Primarily, candidates from marine, offshore, shipyard, or heavy industry get first dibs.
