What We Do

Dubai Duty Free (DDF) is a leading airport retailer at Dubai International Airport, known for its low prices and quality products. We offer a wide range of products to millions of passengers every year. Our team consists of people from 56 different nationalities, who are looking after the international tourist 24 hours a day.

Our long-term policy is focused on developing from within. We fill most management and support positions by promoting existing employees. Only two entry-level positions — Sales Assistant and Stores Assistant — are open to external applicants.

Your Role

After joining Dubai Duty Free Careers, you either worked in the shop or in the warehouse. In the shop, you played important roles like sales counter, shelving, stock management, and customer service.
In Dubai Duty Free Warehouses, you worked as a Warehouse Assistant. Receiving deliveries of goods, keeping everything in its place according to its code, doing inventory, checking outgoing deliveries, etc.
Your role in both places is very important. It is because of your dedication and hard work that Duty Free Shops has made its name.

Job Responsibilities

Depending on your role, your tasks may include:

• Greet and serve customers at retail counters.
• Sell duty-free products and handle payments via electronic registers.
• Keep sales areas clean and organized.
• Receive, store and manage stock in the warehouse.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
• Conduct sales campaigns and promotions.
• Maintain records of stock movements.
• Liaise with other departments to ensure product availability.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum age: 21 years
• Valid UAE residence visa or sponsorship (spouse visa holders can apply)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or warehouse roles preferred
• Good English communication skills
• Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office
• Presentable, motivated, and able to work in a team
• Willingness to work shifts, including nights
