Job Description
Lapita Dubai Parks and Resorts, Autograph Collection is hiring an Events Executive to manage and execute on-site group and special events. The role involves coordinating event details, liaising with clients and vendors, and ensuring smooth event operations while maintaining high hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all on-site details for group and special events
- Develop and follow event checklists and itineraries
- Coordinate with clients, meeting planners, and external vendors
- Design and confirm event room layouts and setup requirements
- Handle event-related data, records, and reservations in systems
- Prepare weekly departmental payroll paperwork
- Troubleshoot and resolve event issues professionally
- Welcome guests and ensure excellent service standards
- Follow company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards
- Support team collaboration and maintain positive working relationships
People & Team Management
- Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching staff
- Act as a role model and first point of contact for employee concerns
- Support fair treatment and open-door policies
- Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
Job Experience
- Less than 1 year of related work experience
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience

- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
Physical Requirements
Ability to move or lift items under 50 lbs without assistance
