Job Description

Centro Barsha by Rotana is looking for passionate and guest-focused Housekeeping Attendants to join its housekeeping team in Dubai. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy maintaining cleanliness, delivering excellent service, and working in a fast-paced hotel environment.

As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for cleaning guest rooms and public areas while following hotel policies and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive daily work assignments, keys, and supplies from the supervisor
• Clean guest rooms and bathrooms to hotel standards
• Make beds and clean sinks, bathtubs, toilets, tiles, mirrors, and floors
• Vacuum carpets, dust furniture, and empty waste bins
• Replenish guest room and bathroom supplies
• Keep corridors, stairways, fire exits, and service areas clean and clear
• Report maintenance issues immediately
• Remove room service trays and trolleys from rooms and corridors
• Assist with guest laundry, dry cleaning, and pressing requests

Job Requirements

• Vocational training or basic experience in hotel housekeeping is preferred
• Good command of English is an advantage
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours when required
