We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor in Dubai to oversee housekeeping operations while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene on a daily basis. Only candidates who can join us immediately should apply. You should have leadership skills in hospitality or facility management and prior experience in housekeeping.

Key Responsibilities
- Overlook and coordinate housekeeping activities
- Inspections of rooms, common areas, and facilities are carried out to ascertain cleanliness and conformity with set standards
- Train new housekeeping staff; provide ongoing guidance to existing staff
- Keep housekeeping inventory; procure supplies when necessary
- Prepare work schedules daily and assign tasks to staff
- Handle performance, attendance, and any arising issues
- Ensure that safety and hygiene standards are maintained at all times
- Report any maintenance requirements or damages to the concerned department
Requirements
- Candidate would have prior experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or in a role similar to that.
- Good leadership and organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and dedication to high-quality standards
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of cleaning products and equipment
