Sarmad Group is looking for an experienced HR professional with a solid working knowledge of the construction industry. The ideal individual will have full-cycle recruitment responsibilities, including devising efficient hiring plans and verifying that all procedures are followed in accordance with the labor laws of the UAE. Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment strategies will now be formulated and implemented for the construction sector.
  • Partner with management to identify staffing needs and deliver targeted hiring plans.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure skill and cultural fit.
  • Oversee all recruitment-related functions, including job postings, interviews, assessments, and offers.
  • Using social media and attending industry events and networking events, we will build and maintain a rich talent pipeline.
  • Lead the orientation and induction processes for new employees.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE employment regulations and HR best practices.
  • Guide interview, selection, and employee engagement.
  • Continuously improve HR and recruitment processes for greater efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of at least 5 years of HR/recruitment experience in the construction field is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Effective handling of multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using ATS systems and recruitment tools.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of UAE labor laws pertinent to hiring and staffing.
  • BSc in Human Resource (HR professional certifications are an added advantage).
  • Has fluent proficiency in English, Arabic, and Hindi (both spoken and written).
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working alone or in teams.
