Job Responsibilities
- Plan and manage logistics, warehousing, transportation and customer services in accordance with strategic plans.
- Direct, optimize and integrate the entire order cycle.
- Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and customers.
- Monitor quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transportation costs and efficiency
- Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments.
- Resolve emergency issues and complaints.
- Supervise, coach and train warehouse personnel.
