Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the office.
- Offer people coffee or tea whenever they come in. Sometimes a drink helps break the silence during quiet moments.
- You will be helping them with daily office tasks whenever the team needs backup. Sometimes you will also have to answer calls.
- Sort files and deliver them to the relevant table or help someone meet a deadline.
- Transport documents carefully around the office and deliver them on time.
