Personal Finance Sales Representative – Walk-in Interview in Dubai

Job Description

FinHub Financing Broker is looking for motivated banking sales executives. We want people who are really driven by results. The job fits candidates with direct sales experience in personal loans. You know, preferably in the UAE or even from back home. Applicants need to be target-oriented, confident, and good at communication and negotiation. It’s a full-time job with a salary from AED 3,000 to AED 5,000 per month, plus commission. You can grow by hitting sales targets and building those long-term client relationships.

Requirements

• Sales candidates preferably with at least 6 months of experience in UAE direct sales for personal loans. Banking experience from the home country might work too.
• A candidate should be target-oriented and self-driven.
• Need excellent selling skills and a strong personality.
• Proven track record of meeting sales quotas successfully.
• Ability to work under pressure, in a team or on your own.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certificates.
• Must be available in the UAE to join right away.
• Can speak English.

• Achieve and exceed sales targets each month.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Identify more sales and business development opportunities.
