Job Description

Ranches Primary School (RPS), part of the global Cognita group, is searching for a dedicated and passionate Primary Teacher to cover maternity leave from January 2026. Ranches Primary School is situated in Dubai and provides a British curriculum for children aged from eighteen months to eleven years. Key Responsibilities

• Provide engaging, top-quality British curriculum lessons.
• Create a vibrant and inclusive classroom experience.
• Facilitate the academic, personal and social development of 5-11-year-olds.
• Collaborate with colleagues in planning and assessing learning experiences.
• Communicate effectively with parents and wider school community.
• Oversee safeguarding standards and policy provisions at all times.

Candidate Requirement

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree with QTS or PGCE in Primary Education (or international equivalent).
• At least 2 years’ experience in teaching.
• Teaching experience in British curriculum schools.
• An ability to motivate and inspire students.
• Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for student wellbeing and safeguarding.
