- Construction Manager and Quantity Surveyor, each requiring 10 years of experience in high-rise building construction in the UAE
- Project Engineer, Authority/NOC Coordinator and Foreman, each requiring 5 years of experience
- Project Manager, Site Engineer, Storekeeper, IT Officer and Procurement Officer, requiring 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
- Design Coordinator and Safety Officer, requiring 3 years of UAE experience
