Job Description

We are hiring passionate Real Estate Agents to be part of our team in Dubai. This opportunity is solely for the very motivated ones wishing to build upon an already budding career in the real estate world.

The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for helping clients purchase, sell, and lease out properties in Dubai. You will have to offer them market knowledge, guide the clients through all the processes, and make sure everything goes smoothly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting clients in their property buying, selling, and renting needs.
• Building strong bonds and maintaining even stronger relationships with clients and owners.
• Conducting the viewing of real estate while also orienting the clients.
• Keep oneself abreast with trends in Dubai real estate, laws, and values of the concerned markets.
• Marketing listings through all possible channels.
• Negotiating deals and sealing agreements that best serve clients’ interests.

Requirements

• Should be a willingness to be trained; no previous knowledge or experience assumed.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills.
• Motivated, energetic, and target-oriented.
• Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market will be a plus.
• Any language is fine.
