Job Description

We need a professional receptionist, someone really focused on customers, to be the first face people see at the company. The ideal person handles front desk stuff smoothly, like greeting visitors, dealing with phone calls, and giving some admin help along the way.

Key responsibilities

  • Greet guests nicely, in a friendly, professional way.
  • Answer calls, screen them, and forward as needed.
  • Give out accurate information to clients and visitors.
  • Keep the reception area clean and organized, no mess.
  • Receive mail, sort it, and distribute deliveries daily.
  • Schedule appointments, manage those meeting room calendars.
  • Assist with whatever admin tasks come up.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or front desk officer, or something similar, is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication, both verbal and written.
  • Professional look, positive attitude.
  • Strong at multitasking, managing time well.
  • Fluent in English, and have extra languages.
