  • Lead, coach, and develop your team to reach our hospitality goals, ensuring they do not stray from the brand.
  • Monitor the expenses, budgets, and profit and loss statements to achieve the financial goal.
  • Ensure the foods are safe. The place is clean, following all the municipal laws of the UAE.
  • Keep in touch with our standard procedures and policies that allow work to run without a hitch.
  • Keep operations running well with close collaboration with the kitchen and front-of-house staff.

  • Compile reports on sales, staff hours, and how things are going for the owners.
  • Deal with suppliers and get what we need.

  • At least 2 to 3 years managing restaurants in the UAE, best if it’s casual dining like ours.
  • You’ve got to lead well, especially with teams from all over the world.
  • Strong skills in talking to people, building connections, and fixing problems on the fly.
  • Know the UAE food and drink rules, safety, and cleanliness.
  • Handle money matters like budgets, cutting costs, and bookkeeping.
  • You can handle the rush and pressure without breaking a sweat.
  • Be ready for shifts, weekends, and holidays, no problem.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary with bonuses tied to how you do.
  • Maybe some help with accommodation, transportation, depending on the deal.
  • Health coverage that fits UAE labor rules.
  • Room to grow your career right here in the brand.
