Room Attendant Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly at the time of their arrival.
- Provide answers to any inquiries or assist with guest demands.
- Uncover beddings and tidy up beds properly.
- Put used towels aside and provide fresh ones in their place.
- Bathroom provisions like soap, shampoo, and tissue should be topped up.
- Clean the floors every day by sweeping and mopping them.
- Remove dirt and dust from carpets by vacuuming them.
- Wipe and shine furniture and surfaces.
- Take out the rubbish bins often so that they do not overflow.
- Wash the ashtrays if the guests used them.
- Replenish the minibar with beverages and snacks.
- Perform daily cleaning of areas open to the public, such as corridors and lobbies.
- Dispatch any maintenance or repair problems right away.
