Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests and answer their questions.
• Change bed linens and make beds.
• Replace towels and bathroom amenities such as soap and shampoo.
• Broom, mop, and vacuum floors.
• Dust and polish furniture.
• Empty trash cans and ashtrays.
• Replenish minibar with food and beverages.
• Clean public areas such as hallways.
• Report any maintenance or technical issues.
