Senior Travel Coordinator Job at UEPC Qazaqstan 5 LLC, Qatar

UEPC Qazaqstan 5 LLC is recruiting a Senior Travel Coordinator based in Qatar. The role involves helping clients arrange travel for both business and holiday purposes, from finding good-value quotes to booking transport, accommodation and other travel services.

Key responsibilities

• Plan holiday packages, including transport, accommodation and activities, to suit each client’s preferences and budget.
• Liaise with airlines, hotels, travel vendors and tour operators to negotiate rates, secure bookings and check that arrangements meet quality standards and contracts.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, answering enquiries and offering personalised recommendations.
• Build detailed itineraries and manage holiday budgets, tracking costs and keeping spending within agreed limits.
• Resolve problems before, during or after a trip, such as flight delays, hotel issues or itinerary changes.
• Help clients obtain passports, visas and travel insurance, making sure they meet relevant travel regulations.
• Collect post-holiday feedback and use it to improve packages and the booking experience.
• Keep up to date with travel trends, destinations and industry best practice.

What you will need

• A good knowledge of holiday destinations, including attractions, local culture, cuisine and accommodation.
• Familiarity with travel industry practice, booking systems, travel insurance and visa requirements.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organisational skills to handle several bookings and complex itineraries at once.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to act quickly.
• ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills.
• At least 5 years of working experience, including 3 years of relevant experience. GCC experience is an advantage.
• A Diploma in IATA or a related field.

Key competencies

• Resilience, quality, leadership and agility.
• Knowledge of visa requirements, travel insurance, reservation management, airline rules and regulations, and travel packages.
• AI fluency.
