Key Responsibilities
- Assist the lead teacher in organizing the class schedule.
- Assist in the preparation of lesson materials, supplies, and classroom setup.
- Review lessons with students individually or in small groups.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.
- Supervise students during recess, lunch, and school trips.
- Work with the lead teacher to identify student problems and suggest solutions.
- Record student progress and share updates with parents as needed.
- Assist in creating lesson plans and learning activities.
- Follow school rules, policies, and safety guidelines.
- Attend training sessions, parent meetings, and staff meetings.
