What the role involves
A facilities technician usually carries out planned and reactive maintenance, inspects building systems, records work carried out and reports faults to a supervisor. A cleaner usually keeps assigned areas hygienic and presentable, following set cleaning schedules and safety rules. The exact duties for each vacancy will be explained by the employer.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 to 4 years of UAE experience. Experience in the facilities management industry is preferred.
- Immediate availability to join. Candidates who can start straight away will be given preference.
- For MEP candidates: an ITI certificate or a Diploma in the relevant trade.
- Good verbal and written English. This is essential for all roles.
- Candidates on cancelled visas must bring a soft or hard copy of their residence visa cancellation document.
- A valid driving licence is an advantage.
