Your Responsibilities
- A remittance and foreign exchange transaction is to be done accurately and efficiently.
- Delivering excellent customer service in accordance with SGOT rule (Smile, Greet, Observe, Thank).
- Comply with AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and KYC (Know Your Customer) regulations on all transactions.
- Cash handling, balancing, and reconciliation are managed once every shift.
- Respond to the customers’ queries on remittance and foreign exchange and other financial assistance.
- Proper documentation and maintenance of records as per the company policies.
- Assist executives on corporate relations by processing clients’ needs and keeping strong professional touch as appropriate.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and audit requirements.
Job Qualifications
- Must hold a valid UAE tourist visa, canceled visa, spouse, or transferable employment visa
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or accounting
- Candidates should have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Cashier/Accountant
- Quick learning and time management skills
- Must be people-friendly with a pleasant and presentable personality.
