Job Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day repair and maintenance requests across residential and commercial properties.
- Install, troubleshoot, and service critical systems based on your trade (including HVAC, electrical layouts, or plumbing networks).
- Diagnose technical faults quickly and carry out clean, lasting repairs.
- Complete assigned tasks on schedule while maintaining clear communication with site supervisors.
- Follow standard safety protocols and use hand and power tools responsibly to keep work sites safe.
Qualifications
- An ITI, technical diploma, trade certificate, or equivalent practical background in your specific trade.
- Solid, hands-on experience in property maintenance or facility management (UAE or GCC
- experience is a major plus, but all capable candidates are welcome).
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Basic conversational skills to coordinate with supervisors and tenants.
