About the Role:

Le Café LPM is bringing its signature French Riviera neighborhood café concept to Dubai, with rapid global expansion already in motion. We are seeking an energetic on-the-ground Marketing Specialist to help launch the brand and drive its local presence. Reporting directly to the Brand Operations Manager, you will step away from the desk to capture live content, spearhead local activations, and manage our growing community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the social media strategy, content calendar, and daily community management.
• Produce high-quality visual content and coordinate professional photography/videography shoots.
• Execute creative marketing activations while maintaining strict financial discipline and budget compliance.
• Work dynamically between the marketing office and the vibrant café floor to capture the true essence of the brand.

What We Are Looking For:

• Minimum of 1 year of marketing experience within the luxury, lifestyle, or hospitality sectors.
• Highly creative, proactive self-starter who excels at copywriting and visual storytelling.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, thriving in fast-paced, customer-facing environments.
• Complete fluency in English is required; proficiency in French or another European language is highly advantageous.
