Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in Banking or Finance
- Must have a valid UAE visit visa or a cancelled visa.
- Sales or customer service experience is preferred.
- Working knowledge of retail banking
- Knowledge of banking products and services
- Proven knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, banking databases, and banking software programs
- Excellent numerical/accounting skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Time management and problem-solving skills
Job Responsibilities
- Managing newly created client bank accounts, including account creation and closure
- Handle payments, deposits, and withdrawals
- To approve and verify bank loans and overdrafts
- Selling potential customers on banking products
- Reiterating the most recent bank specials and discounts
- Offers for savings plans, credit cards, auto loans, and mortgages
- Answering customer questions and resolving their complaints in person or over the phone
- To carry out administrative tasks as needed
