Aura Hospitality, part of Power International Holding, is recruiting a Waiter – Hospitality in Qatar. The role sits within the hospitality service operations function and centres on running day-to-day service to a high standard, meeting operational targets and following company procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily service operations so that work is carried out efficiently and in line with procedures.
- Coordinate schedules, manpower and materials so that tasks are completed on time.
- Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, subcontractors and clients to resolve issues and keep communication smooth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, regulatory standards and HSE requirements.
- Monitor KPIs, service standards and quality benchmarks, and put corrective actions in place where gaps appear.
- Prepare operational reports, records and cost analyses to support decision-making and audit readiness.
- Make good use of manpower, equipment and budgets to reduce waste and control costs.
- Spot operational risks and delays early and apply mitigation and escalation processes.
- Support quality assurance and quality control procedures, and contribute to continuous improvement.

- A strong understanding of hospitality operational standards and regulatory expectations.
- Advanced knowledge of service operations processes, reporting standards and operational controls.
- The ability to manage cross-functional communication and team collaboration in fast-paced settings.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, reporting tools, Microsoft Office and performance tracking.
- Proven hospitality experience, including coordinating teams and service delivery.
- Experience supporting KPI management, process improvement and quality compliance.
